Participation Requirements:
- Age: usually between 12 and 19 years old (unless accompanied by parent).
- Must be in good physical health.
- Should be proficient in English.
Tour Fee Inclusions:
- International round-trip airfare to the UK and EU (Economy class, if the All Inclusive Package is chosen).
- All accommodation within the UK and EU (4 star hotels, twin-share room).
- In EU flights (London to Amsterdam, to Paris and to Rome).
- Ground transportation (Coach bus and other land transport).
- All main meals during the itinerary.
- University visit activities.
- Seminars on further study and academic advising.
- Travel insurance.
Tour Fee Exclusions:
- Admission tickets for optional activities/attractions specified in the itinerary (optional activities can be pre-purchased on your behalf).
- Additional fee-based activities within attractions.
- Visa and related fees (assistance can be provided).
- Show or concert tickets (can be arranged on your behalf).
- Personal expenses.
- Customs duties, excess baggage fees, and storage costs.
- Financial losses and compensation expenses caused by personal negligence, violation of regulations, or illegal activities.
- Expenses incurred as a result of being delayed or stranded for personal reasons.
- Additional costs arising from delays or rescheduling caused by any force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, government intervention, public disturbances, etc.).
- Any other items not explicitly listed under "Tour Fee Inclusions."
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Deposit:
- A deposit of $4000 is required upon registration.
- The deposit is non-refundable once paid.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., visa rejection) before October 7th, 2026, the deposit may be refunded less a $400 administration fee, subject to reasonable negotiation between both parties. On or after October 7th, 2026, the deposit is non-refundable.
Balance Payment:
- The balance payment must be made before October 8th, 2026.
- The balance payment is non-refundable once paid.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., a serious medical condition), the remainder of the balance payment may be refunded after deducting all irrecoverable costs incurred by Oyster, subject to reasonable negotiation between both parties.
Itinerary:
- The itinerary is subject to change by Oyster, based on practical reasons.

- 景点内部的收费项目
- 签证及相关费用（可协助）
- 表演及剧场门票（可带买）
- 私人消费项目
- 关税，超重行李托运及保管等费用
- 因个人疏忽，违章，违法等造成的经济损失及赔偿费用
- 因个人原因滞留所产生的费用
- 因任何不可抗力（比如：自然灾害，政府干预，社会异常事件等）造成的延误改签所导致的额外费用
- 任何“团费包含项目”中不包含的项目
取消及退款：
订金:
- 报名当日需交订金$4000。
- 订金一经交付不予退还。
- 如遇不可抗因素，比如签证拒签等，在2026年10月7日前，在双方的合理协商下，需扣除$400 的手续费之后，退还剩余订金。2026年10月7日后（包含当日），订金不予退还。
尾款:
- 报名后需在2026年10月8日前交尾款。
- 尾款一经交付不予退还。
- 如遇不可抗因素，比如重大疾病等，在双方的合理协商下，需扣除Oyster无法挽回的支出后，退还剩余尾款。
